Realme is gearing up to launch a new premium 5G phone, which looks to be made for the future purely because of the advanced features, technology, and design elements it will offer. It has been revealed that the upcoming device will have a full-screen display with thin bezels and a punch hole on display to house the front camera. This information comes from a Weibo tipster named Digital Chat Station, who also claims that this device has set an impressive benchmark in terms of bezel control and that its rear shell texture is better than that offered on most flagship phones.

The leaker also suggests that the Realme GT 5 will feature an in-display fingerprint sensor and a dual-camera setup on the back. It is expected to have a 50-megapixel primary Sony IMX890 sensor paired with 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro lenses, while the front will have a 16MP shooter for selfies and video calls. The device will have a 4,600mAh battery pack and support 240W fast charging tech.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the phone is expected to run on a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with up to 24GB of RAM. It will be backed by up to 1TB of internal storage. It will have a 6.74-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. It will also have a dedicated X7 display chip to deliver high-quality images.

Another essential aspect of the Realme GT 5 is the option to adjust CPU clock speed. This is something that we have yet to see on smartphones, and it will allow users to increase the processor’s clock speed for resource-intensive tasks, resulting in higher performance.
