Founder of Sage & Strong, Kind Spirit Media, and YoGiada, Giada del Drago, is proving that change doesn’t have to be loud.
Change can be soft like a whisper, or bold like a brushstroke. Giada knows exactly how to mix soul, style, and savvy into something inspiring and transformative.
For over two decades, Giada has danced across film, fashion, music, and wellness industries. A multi-hyphenate? No, she’s a multi-dimensional force. Producer, presenter, creative consultant, holistic coach, yoga teacher, muse. The titles are many, but the mission is one: evolve with heart and intention.
Giada’s story begins with a degree in Fine Art/Film from Central Saint Martins in London. From there, her creative spark lit multiple fires, leading to the founding of Little Wonder Productions, the launch of Kitsch Palace Records and a starring role on a German soap opera. It was a fast-paced and glamorous life, but it wasn’t just about lights, camera, action.
Underneath the shimmer, Giada was drawn to the soul of things.
She studied yoga, Reiki, breathwork, shamanic journeying, and mindfulness from teachers around the globe. Then she decided to do what all natural-born innovators do; she wove her worlds together.
Cue the birth of her signature odyssey.
Wellness is having its moment now. Across websites, magazines, and corporations, wellness is the buzzword; however, Giada’s been doing it since before it was cool. With Sage & Strong Experiences, she’s been curating retreats and workshops since 2014, long before the wellness industry exploded into crystals and cold plunges.
So, what about her approach is so striking? It’s real and it’s raw, with a sprinkle of magic.
Now, these experiences aren’t the ordinary “downward dog by the pool” retreats.
Sage & Strong guests walk, dance, breathe, journal and sit in sacred silence. They eat organic meals, sip cacao, talk to trees, manifest, cry, laugh and stretch into the kind of healing that lingers.
The goal is connection. With nature. With self. With wonder, soul and purpose.
While individuals dance through a forest or journal under the stars, they’re reminded that they’re both sage and strong. Soft and solid. Whole.
Of course, Giada never left the arts. Through Kind Spirit Media, she develops film and audio projects that are entertaining and elevating.
The award-winning podcast “TLC: The Light Conversations” is one such creation. It combines wisdom and wit, diving into topics like creativity, trauma, transformation, and joy. The show’s vibe is like having tea with a soul whisperer and your funniest, deepest friend, making it relatable, rich, and full of those “aha” moments.
Kind Spirit Media also develops documentaries and digital content with heart, such as “The Sound of Healing” and “Cacaoistas”, with two new films in the pipelines “Big Time Sensuality: An Exploration of Tantra” and “Neurodiversity: All Colours of The Rainbow”.
This isn’t fluff. It’s art, education and entertainment with a pulse and purpose.
Every great brand has a great brain, and Giada is the brand. Through YoGiada, she offers coaching and consulting to individuals and teams looking to thrive without losing their authenticity.
Her work focuses on wellbeing and creativity. It is very likely to find her supporting film directors, fashion designers and record producers- managing stress levels and offering innovative solutions or guiding startups through emotional intelligence training and designing a custom empowerment journey for a high-performing exec who has forgotten how to breathe.
She has navigated dark nights of the soul, burnout and crises, emerging transformed and empowered with the support of great teachers, healers and guides. Through each initiation, her holistic toolkit has expanded to better support others on their journey too.

Here’s the thing: Giada isn’t reinventing the wheel. She’s painting it with colors people forgot existed. She takes ancient practices and mixes them with modern needs. Part healer, part artist, part strategist, full muse.
Her success could be from exploring many fields, but it isn’t about being everywhere. It’s about being exactly where she needs to be, in the room, in the moment, in the zeitgeist and the truth.
“Creativity is self-care, and healing is the most innovative thing you can do to thrive in your work and life”, Giada explains.
Giada del Drago proves that the real art of evolution lies in knowing who you are and daring to grow anyway. Through Sage & Strong, Kind Spirit Media, and YoGiada, she’s helping people create from wholeness, not hustle.
Individuals can meet her on a podcast, at a retreat, or on their own screen and they feel it… that unique combination of depth and play, grace and grit.
And they leave changed. Not louder. Just lighter, brighter and ready to shine.
“The Little Light Book” is available later this year through Hay House/Balboa Press.
“A portable companion to help people find their way through the dark”, weaving together her personal anecdotes and interviews with inspiring experts in wellbeing and creativity.
